PRIVATE HIRE RESERVATIONS

Please complete the following form to make a provisional booking to hire the terrace

Hire is free subject to the booking hitting our minimum bar spend of £500, however there is a surcharge of £30 per hour for bookings that finish after midnight.

Our normal time slots for bookings are up to 6 hours for an event, if you require more than this length of time there may be a surcharge for the extra hours. Please note that the venue is not suitable for events primarily for people under the age of 18. Under 18s can attend other events but must be supervised by adults at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 3 children.

There is a refundable £100 deposit required on confirmation of the booking (£150 if requesting cask ale). This will be refunded within 48 hours of the event, subject to a successful event. If the hirer cancels the event with less than 6 weeks’ notice, then the deposit will not be refunded.

*There may be a small charge if the set-up time is out of office hours or not immediately prior to your event to cover staffing costs of this.
